The Blue Sun is the charm of a friendly four-star camping.

only 600 meters from the sea, about a mile from Leucate (a marine lagoon very popular among the wind-surfers) and close to Le Barcarès towncenter, « Le Soleil Bleu » enjoy a quite exceptional situation. It stands as a starting point for a multitude of fascinating walks in nature, in a lovely combination of sea, lake and montains. Enjoy the méditerranean scents, the mild weather, and the sweet songs of cicadas and birds !

Low season. April through june and september through october, we enjoy a very sunny, still quite mild weather. Theres are the best months in order to combine relaxing, sightseeing, and enjoying peace and quiteness. It indeed is the very best period if you wich to go for a jaunt with your partner.

Hight season. Mid-june, july and august
the best choice for a wild atmosphere, lots of partying and animations all around.
Every night, we offer a different spectacle on our private stage (located right between the bar and the pool), until around 11:30PM.
These spectacles alternate artists from all over the country (singers, doubles, music-hall, mesmerizers, carribean dance...) and activity leaders all trained in the parisian cabarets.
After the spectacle is over, you'll be able to enjoy some wild dancing at the bar (with our own MC's) until 1:00AM, in a festive atmosphere (every night, exception made of the saturdays).

Swimming pool and sea.
On the campsite « Le soleil Bleu », life adopts the very rhythm of water : the mediterranean sea, the Leucate lagoon and a private swimming pool... The méditerranean touch will guide your through all your holiday. The water sports fans (jet-ski, kite-surfing, water skiing...) will see all of their wishes fullfilled.
The wind-surfers, may they be experts or beginners, will adore the lagoon of Leucate : easy our tough sea conditions, equipment hiring and initiation and high level courses. Yu shouldn't miss the swimming pool of the « soleil Bleu », a paradis both for children and adults. The two basins are heated to a minimal temperature of 23°C (73-5F°) and each of them has a different water level, which ensures a perfect confort for everyone. Apart from the numerous poll activities, several tournaments are organized all along the summer.
